Sono Rob e sono dai Paesi Bassi (Olanda). Vivo da 5 anni appena oltre il confine, in Germania.
Il mio italiano non è buono. Parlo e scrivo bene l'inglese, che sarebbe molto più facile. Ora ho un programma di Googl traduzione.
Ho visto sul forum che ci sono diverse persone in Italia troppo vecchia Opel a cuore e continuare a muoversi.
Ho tre Opel Rekord D: un '72 rekord DL 1900SH 2 porte, un '73 Rekord D 1700 standard, automatico a 2 porte, e '77 rekord D Caravan 1900N 5 porte

Se funziona ho messo alcune foto sul forum.

I would like to say hello to everyone in this forum.
I have tried to read some of your threads, but my italian is very bad.
I have never learned it in school.
When somebody wants to reply to me its best done in english, if you do it in italian, i have to use a tranlation program, and these do not always work very well.
Since I live in Germany, it is easy to get parts for old Opels.
Also the is a lot of know-how over here, because many opel fans are joined in german forums. I read and talk German very well, but most Germans do not speak and read English very well.[img][/img]

Thought that this is the luxury kadett B with lots of chrome , looks very nice, and you don't see them much anymore.

Ahahah,yes the Olympia is a version very full of chrome,exactly as the Luxus version,but more rifinitely.Now my dream is a Monza,i prefere GS/E, but in Italy is very difficult find it...

if i can't buy a Monza, i will find some Frontera or a Tigra..They are a very different models, but i'm a great Opel's fan .

Hi Rob, welcome on board! Another Rekord D-fan, very good!! I love this car, recently i've buy an older and rusty D diesel (see here the topic https://kadett.forumattivo.com/t1360-cadavere-spaziale), insane project
Here you can find real opel fan (me in particular older models and old-style-tuning), we hope you'll feel... "like at home"

Never mind for the italian (we have understand the matters), but sometimes you should write in italian so the other members can't speak/write english can understand. I try to write in english in the better way i know, ok?

Many of us would like to live in Germany just to have better chances to buy cars and spare parts that in Italy, instead, are true rarity There however, as far as I know, Rekords with diesel engine (i. e. like the ones I have) should be very rare too... isn't it?

congratulations for your cool Opel oldtimers.
I am usually attracted by Caravan and I own 2 kadett, C and D, as you can see in my profile.

In Italy the D-Rekord are very rare and I never found a Caravan lol.
In Germany they build the D Caravan also with 3 doors which is the coolest for me.

Please keep posting your beauties, I would like to see more pics about your Caravan and his interior.
